Bulletin 2023-05: Revised Peconic Bay Tax Form

The Suffolk County Clerk updated the Peconic Bay Region Community Preservation Fund form to comply with the changes to the Peconic Bay tax, effective April 1, 2023.  The form can be found on our  website here.

This bulletin supplements bulletins 2023-01, 2023-03 and 2023-04 summarizing the changes to the tax rules, which can be found on our website here.
