COVID-19 Announcement

Advantage is closely monitoring the information available to us relating to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees while delivering the highest level of client service. We would like to share some information with you regarding Advantage’s business continuity plan and the potential impact of full or partial government office closures on our business.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

Advantage understands that business continuity is important to all our valuable clients during this challenging time. The Company’s offices are presently open. Nevertheless, Advantage has a business continuity plan that we are prepared to implement in the event of an office closure. Our employees are equipped to work remotely on a full-time basis through the Company’s virtual private network. The network is fully secure and access to it requires two-factor authentication. Additionally, incoming telephone calls to our business lines will be routed to and answered by staff outside of our office, and directed to the appropriate personnel. As a result, Advantage staff will continue to be responsive to our clients’ needs in order to provide the exceptional service our clients have come to expect. In the event of an office closure, our clients will be notified of the implementation of our business continuity plan via an e-mail sent to our centralized contact list.

GOVERNMENT OFFICE CLOSURES

Within the last few days, we have received word from some counties and other governmental entities of full or partial closures of their offices. These closures could have a significant impact on Advantage’s ability to timely and effectively complete and deliver reports, certificates etc. to you. We are taking all steps within our power to minimize any disruptions. To the extent a particular transaction is impacted by a closure, Advantage will immediately communicate with the appropriate parties.
