Lita Cohen Rudy Joins Advantage Title as Client Manager

Huntington, NY (May 15, 2009) -- Lita Cohen Rudy has joined Advantage Title as a client manager and will be involved in sales, title closings and assisting the legal department at Advantage, one of Long Island’s premier title insurance agencies.

A licensed social worker and real estate salesperson, Rudy was manager of commercial accounts and a title closer at Liberty Title Agency in Uniondale from 2003 until its closure earlier this year. Rudy said she enjoys working in the title business “because I enjoy overseeing and facilitating our clients’ needs from application to closing. The title process utilizes all the strengths from my past experiences. It is so satisfying when all the pieces come together at the closing table, it’s like completing a jigsaw puzzle.“

Rudy is a second generation Gold Coast native whose family has been in real estate on Long Island for more than 60 years. She is a former co-president of the Sisterhood of Community Synagogue of Sands Point. Rudy also is a supporter of the Adelphi New York Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline and the Scleroderma Foundation. She is a member of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of the Northeast, and is active in rescuing and placing Cavaliers.
