Multi-State Advantage Title was a leading co-insurer as part of a $22,200,000,000.00 multi-family real estate investment trust buy-out. The title insurance covered approximately 200 properties across the United States. Seattle, WA Advantage Title was the insurer of an $83,000,000.00 Class A office building transaction. Boston, MA Advantage Title insured the acquisition and financing of three separate large multi-family affordable housing complexes throughout the Boston, Massachusetts area, assuming a liability exceeding $100,000,000.00. Multi-State Advantage Title insured a 57 site national portfolio, involving properties in North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Virginia, entailing the acquisition of partnership interest, financing and redevelopment of portfolio properties.
