Advantage Title was a leading participant in insuring title as part of a $22,200,000,000.00 multi-family real estate investment trust buy-out. The title insurance covered approximately 200 properties across the United States, with 12 sites being located in New York. Atlanta, Georgia Advantage Title co-insured a prominent land developer’s $669,501,732.32 acquisition of a multi-site commercial portfolio involving eight office complexes throughout the Atlanta area, assuming a total liability of $66,967,000.00. Advantage also co-insured a subsequent refinance on a portion of the portfolio for $165,000,000.00. Washington, DC Advantage Title co-insured a $241,100,000.00 acquisition and construction loan involving the development of a multi story office building project located in downtown Washington D.C.
