Princeton, NJ Advantage Title participated in the recent $80,000,000.00 refinance of University Square in Princeton, NJ, a premier state of the art Class A office property. San Francisco, CA Advantage Title insured a $210,400,000.00 construction loan involving the development of a high-rise office tower. The entire project outlay on this transaction totaled $324,000,000.00. Boston, MA Advantage Title insured the acquisition and financing of three separate large multi-family affordable housing complexes throughout the Boston, Massachusetts area, assuming a liability exceeding $100,000,000.00. Eagle County, CO Advantage Title insured a high profile institutional lender for the amount of $106,000,000.00 on a refinance transaction involving an exclusive hotel and residential suite portfolio, and has insured subsequent portfolio modifications to date. Seattle, WA Advantage Title was the insurer of an $83,000,000.00 Class A office building transaction.
