Advantage Title closed an $18,475,000.00 transaction involving a 236 unit apartment complex which was financed by $15,044,570.00 in bonds issued by the New York State Housing and Financing Agency. New York, New York Advantage Title co-insured the recent purchase for $750,000,000.00 of a Class A office building in NYC. Multi-State Advantage Title was a leading participant in insuring title as part of a $22,200,000,000.00 multi-family real estate investment trust buy-out. The title insurance covered approximately 200 properties across the United States, with 12 sites being located in New York. New York, New York Advantage Title recently co-insured a major NYC landmark office building representing a $1,150,000,000.00 acquisition.
